Titan- heart marking issue for melees

Greetings. Everyone, who played melee class knows, that it is rather hard to attacks Titan's heart because you can not fast and clear see the hit-radius. Every target in the game has the red round under itself- very nice for melees, but heart hasnt such red round. Dear developers, please, make such round for heart. Thank you

A quick retarget of your tank and then his target, issue fixed. MT should have it targeted as soon as the heart goes active, this would allow you plenty of time to acquire it even before Titan is repositioned from the center.

Did you read my message in a proper way? I didnt say, that it is hard to take heart in a target. Reread, please

Target the heart and lock it.
Go as close as the lock allows you to go: you'll always be at the right range to melee it (and yes camera will be messy).
Basically, the target lock prevents you from being too close to melee it.

You didn't state it was Titan Ex in your OP. Also, once you get it targeted, as long as you are close to Titan it doesn't matter if there is a target ring or not. I've done it from both ways. When I tank Titan, I know I have to take a couple steps forward once he places himself in front of me so I can actually hit the heart. No big deal. When I DPS Titan with my monk, same thing. It's not hard to see how he's standing, get close, and still be able to shift sides from flank to back as necessary.

please tell us how whining at people on a forum trying to help you find a workaround to your issue is helping you solve your problem

Even if Square Enix decided to implement your solution to the game, you'd be waiting on it for a few months. And in that time, you will have figured out a solution to your problem anyway which will have defeated the entire point of making a suggestion in the first place.

Heh) You give me advises for what? Im just asking developers about some comfort for melee's. What's the problem?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for that. You may want to post in technical support. Wait...why am I even writing this since you obviously know how to fix the problem already? Seeing as how people have written a couple ideas for you to try and you have blasted them for it. So let me pose a question to the OP, do you really need that red circle on your screen? I don't, so either I am way better then you which I doubt since we are all playing the same game, or you just like to see little spinning things on your screen.

Not had any problems with this at all, just a simple tab target of the heart and away you go, his hit box range is actually extremely big, just smaller than titans hit box i'd say. Can't see how this could pose a problem unless you are doing something extremely wrong.

For everyone saying to stand as close as possible to the heart couldn't be more wrong. The hit box for the heart is pretty much the same as Titan's.

I assume everyone thinks that because your character stares upward at Titan's heart the hit box for it must be small, which is a bit misleading. Honestly just stand where you normally would and this goes for all Titan modes.

did you zoom out your camera i heard the devs say that helps alot.

Hitbox for the heart is not the same as Titan, as mentioned above, but it is still huge. Just don't stand too far away when you attack.

If you look at your skill icon, it will have a red ring around it if you are too far away. Problem solved

Wait, Titan Extreme? How are you JUST having issues with meleeing Titan's heart now? The hitbox is exactly the same as HM.

The hitbox for the heart is as big as titan so when he's standing there you can attack him from any location that would let you attack Titan himself.

HOWEVER he hitbox does move around as titan is dancing around doing his crazy things so it's possible for the heart to go out of melee range from him twitching.

The heart is totally fixed already, stop whining its fine.

I know as lala I have harder time making sure I'm close enough to hit it. I have to stand almost under it to hit on both HM and EM. This is from tank perspective tho and I've noticed more trouble hitting it on war than pld

I never have this problem play as a MNK/WAR lala. And what is the problem to stay close the heart even if we do need to? No offense, just try to understand the reason.
