Double initial letter on Chat Specific Keyboard

Steps:

1. I start a conversation on Chat-Specific Keyboard by pressing any letter of the keyboard.
2. Sometimes it would type two times the first letter i typed, which it's getting annoying.

We apologize for the trouble that double letter problem has been causing. We moved the thread over from In-Game Bugs to Technical Support as it may be a technical issue. Hope everything works out soon enough!

This double initial letter is annoying ! but to add some other bug with the specific keyboard, it only work if you start with a letter, if you try to start a chat prompt with a special character " : . , " etc or with a #, the chat prompt wont start which is very annoying when you want to just make a ":)" face for example...

Yeah i've had this happen countless times. It's annoying.

Wow I thought it was just me good to know it's from the game. I almost trashed my keyboard cause of this.

I also have this problem but not only that. I also can not start out by typing a character or number I have to either space first type a letter or /p, /l, /s first.

I posted this problem or bug in the bug section initially, but it was moved to this section by another moderator i would assume, so i would be pointless to post it there again.

After thoroughly investigating this matter, the development team was unable to recreate this duplication of typed letters, so it was deemed to be a technical issue.
