When I visit the mog station the highest tier I can sign up for is 180 days. But it won't let me sign up for 270 days. Also, the rewards for the 180 days have not come. I signed up for it a while ago. Meanwhile, I see others in-game enjoying their rewards.

If you're still in your free period you won't get the veteran rewards until your subscription kicks in.
If you subscribed for one month or three month plan and have since changed to the six month plan, you'll need to wait until your plan cycles.
At present the maximum you can sign up for at one time is 180 days, so the fastest way to get the 270 day reward is pay for 3 months, then 6 months. -

Since they only had up to 180 tier, I think they simply "forgot" to upgrade the maximum time you can have once they introduced the 270 day tier.
So, SE, could you please get to it and update that setting ?
It makes no sense how it is set now, unless you have a mid-way changed policy, since you can get the 180 day from day 1 but not the 270 one.

But guess what? When 360 day rewards come out, THEY have to wait 3 months for their sub to renew before they get them. Those who stuck with 180 will get them much faster.
