What is SE's problem with healer loot drops?

In the past week after 2.1 patch, I have done literally over 30 CT runs and haven't seen a single healer drop. What the heck were they thinking?! Till this very last minute before weekly cap reset, I tried yet another CT run and finally a healer piece dropped. I lost the roll even though it was a crit hit piece for my SCH and the other guy was a WHM. This is just pathetic.

Same thing has happened to me in Coil and it's a well known problem. I didn't get any healer drop for 2 months straight. After their fix for T1/2, I finally got a couple of drops. It's getting to the point where enough is enough. Just like Coil, all I see are DRG drops in CT. On every run, I hear people make comment "this place reeks of onions!" - referring to DRG gear set name. SE is just obsessed with them.

This has started to kill my enjoyment for this game. If this doesn't get fixed, I may have to think twice about setting my subscription on six month payment plans. They need to treat every class equally.

Well reducing drop rates on healing and tank gear is another way of slowing a player base down when it comes to end game.

Meanwhile I've seen mostly heal drops in CT...everything cept the chest actually...more than once. And that was just on the 3 runs I did yesterday.

I don't really have that problem. I ran 4 CT runs this weekend, and every run have some healer drops, the robe, the sash, the hand, the circlet. Same thing with my fc mate, healer circlet, healer robe (2x)...
Its not too bad. I feel they drop something for every class each run.

ITT: OP complains about a Random Number Generator generating numbers randomly.

The DRG issue in Coil was a bug and was addressed. I've done a dozen or so runs of CT and there hasn't been one role whose gear hasn't dropped at least once. Spread was pretty even, in fact.

Sorry about your bad luck. Personally I've only done CT twice and the healer body and pants dropped on the first, the healer head on the second.
I know one person with healer head and I have heard in vent healer gear drop over and over from others playing CT.

In Garuda Extreme I have seen the Tank ring drop 4/6 times today o_O~!!!!!

I just had the healer chest and pants drop on my 3rd run for the week.

I hear you. My whm is almost all myth gear because of no drops in CT or Coils. I have the allagan boots and I barely won that roll. I have however gotten 3 or 4 drops for alt jobs though >_>

Bad luck. First Twin kill after 2.1 dropped sch book and healer pants. Have seen 3-4 healer pieces drop in CT in the few runs of it I have done.

CT hasn't been an issue but coils I've seen ONE drop since September for a healer.

It's just rng, don't get it get to you. I had the healer belt drop for me on the first chest of my first run (I need four pieces and I don't care about what order I get them in, so I'm just taking whatever the first one I see/win is). However, in coil we've been getting tank and melee drops galore recently, with a few sprinklings of healer/caster drops once in a great while.
