Want to know who have bought houses already, and what you have found from it.

My FC bought one last night. All member pretty happy last night. Only FC leader can rearrange and put furniture in and outside the house. Thou from FC window, we can see other member, like officer have authorities to decorate or rearrange the house but we cant. Not sure bug or what

Aren't houses only a few hundred thousand? I saw walls for 200k and a roof for 100k. Furnishings where also dirt cheap. It's just the plot of land that is crazy expensive?

not me, most i'll pay is one million and it better that storage space other then my retainers.
i can craft my own house parts too

The FC leader can choose which rank(s) he/she wants to allow to re-arrange, add, or get rid of furniture in the FC house.

I saw permit slots on the market board but all were at 0. I can't find them and have no idea what is needed to make each house. One roof, roof components, wall units, how many? Still, the house is or can be pretty much a crafting venture. Gather loads of crystals, loads of materials, go to it. The land deed is the stupid part. That's just raw Gil grind and thousands of hours of it.

my fc was planning on saving for a medium sized house, but i thought it would be better if we bought a small one in the meantime, and then sold it and used the money towards the medium.

From what I understand the only option is forfeiting the land, and all the gil goes poof. Either way, no one is going to want to purchase the land for the price you paid for it. Prices are just going to go down as time goes on.

Nope, you can't sell any of it.
Furniture and stuff get unsellable once used, I asume the same goes for the house.

If you would read the exact post you quoted, you would see that he said that...

Yea, sorry just notice, there is new comm in action>main command for housing. It work once i tried it.
