Anyone notice mini Tons that spawn in last boss does not die right after hp dropped to zero ?
WHM in my group holy'd and stone'd, but they still keep chasing him even they have no hp left (hp bar dropped to zero)
Not sure they falled cuz my atk (to help him out) or there is idle time before they die.
After killed the boss, we both noticed that it is weird.
Mini Tons in WP seem to not die ?

I noticed this, too. Our WHM Holy'd them as our other BLM slept them and for some reason they had 0 hp and just sat there doing nothing. Couldn't kill them, either. Wasn't a problem for us as they just sat there, but it causes a problem overall.

When they die they cast a spell to increase the kings grudge stack... They die shortly after. This has been happening for months now... Have you guys not done the dungeon at all before...?

They just sat there still being target-able through tabbing and still able to take damage. We never got close enough to see if they'd attack us, though, so who knows what would have happened there.Quote:

This has been happening to me since the patch..the little tons don't get absorbed into the king even though their HP is 0 - stay around and stab you until you die *sigh*

Notes say it has to do with something stunning them when they die (i.e. Holy). So, don't do that.
If you do, I find that you should NOT run away from them. They do little to no damage when "dead" but next to you. If you run away, though, they will do that slow/purple cloud thing which will destroy you. -

This happened to me last night. Solid DPS group. Said just burn the boss i'll deal with adds (whm). They didn't die by the end of the round we had a HUGE group off ton's at zero hp.
As for people saying they don't do any dmg i'd say wrong. I'm a mostly i90 Whm and about 10% of boss HP left they just randomly turned on me and oneshotted me. They don't do much dmg but when you've got like 20 of them it F's you up!!!!! -

Even without using Holy, they still weren't dying for me today in my Roulette for Mythology. They just reached 0 HP and continued to wail on us until we were overrun with them and died. Even the large adds bolted in at full speed on us once. The whole run felt wrong though since I was taking considerably more damage than I normally do on trash as a tank. There's a bit more wrong to just say "don't stun" and expect things to go well.

Yeah happened to me too the other day using Holy. It was particularly bad because it was my first time ever Holy-ing that fight and so I felt it was me who screwed up things someway <.<
