90k 2.1

after the patch i try to log on my character in ultros but get 90k error every time using windows 7. i have made a character on another server to test and there was no problems with that character

Can confirm same issue with Leviathan. I'm lucky if I last in the server for a full minute, before receiving a 90K error. It's happened to me 6 times already, and I'm starting to get irate.

Same thing has happened to me twice on Hyperion.

(edit: Make that three times now and I'm on a PC win 7 64-bit)

I haven't even been able to properly log in. Brings me to loading screen after character select and 90ks me out.
had a friend log in from his computer and he had no problem so I dunno what the heck to think of this

edit: I managed to get in for 20 minutes but then it kicked me out again and it's back to not letting me in

error 90000 after 1 minute. I was getting this before patch but like after half hour. Im also getting a error 90002 now as well /cry

2 90K ERRORS. 2 ps3 freezes. In about 30 minutes? (Moogle)

Logged in perfectly fine at the start when the servers came back up, was able to play perfectly fine for a dungeon and the Beautician quest went to run my second dungeon and it just constantly went on and off with 3-4 minute long lag spikes non-stop literally as soon as one left the next jumped in. which then led to a 90002 disconnection error. to where I've just been spammed for about two hours of 10105/90000/90002 errors either 1: Square's just screwed up the data centers and have made something that worked perfectly into something that's rarely working now or 2: My internet speed (Which I've never had a lag spike when playing 2.0) has just gone to the pits. I just hope they sort something out.

I log in, select character, get to the loading screen, 90k, everytime. Have to believe it's server side as I am clearly online posting this.

Its a connection issue. It doesn't mean you cant connect to the internet. It just means your routing to SE servers is not stable.

Same issue as other people. Log in, load into the world and 90K back out again. Balmung.

My Girlfriend is getting the same issue currently, 90k after a few minutes. Do we know if there is any sort of fixes for this yet?

Been having the same problem all day, I last maybe 5 mins before I get a 90k.

i last 5-10 minutes then 90k on Win 7 x64.

My wife is getting the exact same error all the time. Doesn't matter which server we play on, Leviathan, Cactaur, or even Anima. We are luck if she is on the game for 5 minutes before getting an error. Meanwhile I am playing on a computer that is 5 feet from her and I never get error 90000. We are both connecting to the same wireless wireless router with almost identical hardware and both on Windows 7. I have tried swapping hardware and error doesn't go away. I have even logged in on her computer and her on mine. When that happens I get booted, she doesn't. So whatever it is that is causing it isn't related to either account but somehow in the way her computer connects to the game servers. Doesn't matter if only her computer is on and we aren't sharing the connection, the error 90000 still happens all the time. She has had this problem since open beta and ever patch makes it happen more often.

Having the same issue. log in, play for a couple of minutes then get the error: Connection with server lost 90002.
While playing the game, skype is working perfectly fine same as anything else that requires internet.

Also tried contacting support but they couldn't help me by e-mail and live chat is offline when i am home.

The problems started happening around the 9th of december.

Before 2.1 only 2 times 90000 in 4 months. After 2.1 7 times in 2 days. Most of the time it was in dungeons/Crystal Tower and 2 times in normal zones.

I've really only experienced it post 2.1 in wolves den. today in 1 wolves den match i got error 90k 4 times. managed to log back in and continue to fight each time but only for 5-10 seconds before i would get error again.

edit: seems i'm getting it outside wolves den too :/

Had 90k happen today about 11 times, since I originally logged on, definitely has to do with the server, since live started I may have had 90k happen about 7 times in the past 3-4 months.

I have been getting the same thing, getting 90000 errors and 90002 errors. Never had an issue before. I'm on Masamune, which I've had some random lag spikes before, but never been booted or disconnected from the game. I especially liked when I was disconnected on the last boss for Copperbell (hard) and came back to not even being in the instance.

Edit* So I tested it out for about an hour, running around and farming/crafting, and nothing. Joined The Wanderer's Palace via Duty Finder and I got it 3 times. Seems to be only when going into an instance so far.

I got 90k 5 times in Labyrinth of the Ancients and a few more times outside the instance. Now barring I play on a JP server I've never had this issue until the recent patch... Still completed the instance but it was a big inconvenience to my party and the raid!

I'm getting disconnected (90k error) whenever I do any dungeon, and it is constant & consistent. It is game breaking to have the tank disappear ever 20 seconds.

If this is not fixed within the next 10 days, I will cancel my subscription renewal. I will have to, I can't layout money for something I know is broken.

The game was laggy, having the occasional DC, before 2.1; and I was so looking forward to the ilvl requirements making getting past Titan HM possible (no more newbs hoping I will carry them, which is impossible, thus pugfail), but I can't even try for it is a guaranteed wipe because of the disconnections I'm suffering.




Small edit; seems this happens with the new content most. Guaranteed DCs: all roulettes, extreme primals, new dungeons

I too have been having all sorts of issues since the patch. Disconnects were extremely rare for me prior to the patch. I was ready to point the blame at some of my network hardware, but I am having the exact same symptoms as some in this thread.

Last night I wasn't even doing instances and I was getting booted off constantly. This evening I managed to clear Haukke Manor HM without incident. Then while trying to run some random Duty roulette dungeons, I ended up in Praetorium. I began to get disconnected every 30seconds to 2 mins toward the latter half of the dungeon but managed to clear it and get credit. Then the same thing happened for Ifrit Normal Mode. I played with my router a bit, logged back into a Halatali run and got through the first boss without an issue, and then got hit with another disconnect. I got so frustrated I had to just log off.

My wife, sitting in the same room as me, got disconnected only twice this evening, and at different times than me. I probably racked up over 20 disconnects in a very short time span. So I am completely stumped. Help!

Still happening. Last night it was so bad I couldn't play at all; I was lucky if I lasted more than 3 mins. Today I've been 90k'd 3 times just running around doing some of the new quests. I haven't even tried the duty finder because I've afraid I'll get booted during a run.

Had quite a few 90k's today was fine yesterday after I patched. Got Garuda in low level duty finder and was unplayable. Lag - 90k - reconnect - lag - 90k etc.

After the 2.1 Patch...only 1 or 2 disconnects during my entire playtime.
After the maintenance for the FATEs....I'm disconnecting almost every 10-20 minutes.

add me to the list of people. typically i select my character and then 90k while in the loading screen or i can enter the game and either immediately 90k or get it within 5-10 minutes. tried everything i can think of to fix it. I was playing completely fine the weekend before the patch.

Hmm loads of threads on this and no acknowledgement at all. This is appalling, and frustrating.

Already got this error twice in less than an hour. Got locked out from duty finder for 30 minutes 2 times.

Experiencing serious error 90000s and lag during gameplay. This is getting ridiculous i'm tired of having to apologize to my party mates in-game.

Same here. Just got 90000 x2 in a 30 min dungeon run as well as 2 lobby server connection errors & countless other 90k errors over a few hours. It seems to have really picked up in the last week.

90000 error has plagued me since i began playing but recently it has gotten out of control not to mention i have also been getting 90000 all day and night with a few 90002 and lobby error message 3102 while trying to log back in. it has been unplayable the last two hours where the longest i have been online is 9 mins. i have never paid for a game with this many connection problems, i am really considering going elsewhere
