Well were just coming up to 12hrs down time and there is still no word from any of the dev team. I just thought that they would of posted an follow up on loadstone. If anyone knows anything please leave post.

Patching is up and running atm, looks like the actual patch is around the 3017MB mark, with slow as sin download speeds, getting a nice low speed of 2MB/s.
edit: make that 1MB/s now....and as i type that it drops to 465B/s -
