Did anyone else notice the THREE astral fire orbs?

In the A Realm Awoken video, the black mage in the Ultima scene has THREE astral fire orbs.... has anyone heard of this change? Will our orbs now reflect our astral/umbra count? Here is a screenshot.. the black mage in on the left:

I was even unaware of changes to blm, are there any coming in the patch?

I hadn't heard anything official either, that is why I am so curious! Right now, when I have 3 stacks of astral fire, I only see two orbs. I want the three!!!!! :O

Well that'd make sense so I guess you'll get the three !

But now i want orbs on my SMN/SCH too ! :<

I actually made this suggestion not too long ago. It would be interesting if this is actually the case.

That would be neat.

I'm a fan of visually representing game mechanics usually reserved for the UI.

To support this, in the crystal tower but earlier in the vid you see the blm with 3 umbral ice orbs too. Very interesting.

Yes, they're removing double dipping on Umbral 3. For source, see live letter - it states they're fixing the "bug" that allows you to cast two flares under umbral... which means Umbral/Astral will update buff instantly after cast, meaning no more cast speed bonus on second cast.

double flare had to do with the mana tic, not the double dipping. please till we get more info do not assume n spread false rumors.

So no one has heard anything about getting 3 Astral Fire orbs? I guess we all will find out in 9 days! ヾ(@°▽°@)ノ

I don't think they've said anything.
Such a change could easily be hid in the patch notes and get no prior. The big balance changes get little more than a vague sentence (except for warrior), so a visual adjustment like this has little chance to be mentioned before the patch release.

Definitely possible.

I'd like to have a visual effect for when fire starter and thunder cloud profs...I hate having to look at my bar to see if it's flashing, the floating text, or the buff icon...I'd rather be looking at the pretty boom booms.
