Where is the leviathan cutscene?

In ARR there was brief cut scene of leviathan taking down the mega ultra Garlean airship (cant remember the name of it) during the first time you see the Garlean generals for the first time.
I hadn't played all the way through 1.0 so i thought that event happened during 1.0 but upon trying to search for a clip of it on youtube i couldn't find anything about it.

And upon closer inspection of the ending cutscene of 1.0 it shows them all riding on the airship.

So did this event happen sometime in the 5 year gap between 1.0 and ARR?

That was actually Midgardsormr

The one attacking the airship was Midgardsorm, he was an elder dragon/wyrm/scalekin watching over the lake, this happened 10-15 years before the original game's timeline, he was already dead by the time the game began. The airship in the End of an Era video is just another imperial airship.

You can see most of the whole thing in the original CGI opening.

ah thats the scene i was looking for, completely forgot it was in the intro

also noticed ifrit and titan towards the end of his vision. Didnt relise that the first time, thought they where just void sent.

So to summarize, that was not Leviathan.

Leviathan CS is from Original Opening to LL characters, where the boat is attacked by monsters, he then jumps over the boat, but other than that I dont know of any other place where leviathan makes an appearance.
