Will there be water closets?

Will there be water closets? (restroom, bathroom, whatever you like to call them)

My character's performance has dropped dramatically and her hygiene, well let's just say she doesn't have that new adventure smell anymore.

She often has to hold her bodily functions for long periods of time, and often I find she has gone in the corner or worse, in the middle of the street.

I hope that this serious problem is taken care of soon, and we can all finally breath a little easier.

I would settle for public bath houses.

I thought that's what those floating aetheryte crystals were for... like the shells in Demolition Man if anyone remembers that somewhat archaic reference to a lousy movie.

Bath houses would be nifty though. Maybe in a far-east world expansion like the one they constantly referenced (but haven't yet delivered) in FFXI.

All characters in XIV have nanomachines that suppress bodily functions, no need for bathrooms of course.

People almost never use food/ drink in this game since the effects are often non-existant so I doubt this will be a problem any time soon.

On a related note, I'd like to petition SE to implement systems that require players to eat, drink, and sleep or their character permanently dies. Lacking these elements really ruins my suspension of disbelief. I mean, if people in RL don't do those things, they die, so it makes sense that a game should require you to do those things in order to live as well.

SE should let us use Water closets to take food effects off (just for the "immersion").

It's the other way around, this is what we do because they ignore us.

I'm surprised we haven't heard from the devs on this yet.

Quanta's idea was interesting but what if your character fed itself, maybe eat a candy bar or go to a nearby food stand when inactive.

If I did that I would log back in a week later and find my kitty is all fat and sluggish!
