We run a tight roster with the expectation that our members achieve 100% attendance on scheduled events and a large play schedule to kill pixel dragons all day; every day.

To be considered for a raid spot your "button pushing" skills must be exceptional. But additionally, you must demonstrate above-average intelligence, a thorough understanding of game mechanics, a high level of maturity when maturity needs to be shown, a strong command of the English language, and above all a complete and total lack of epeening, douchebaggery, asshattery, and anything else that would make you unpleasant to be around. Eternal is open to everyone and anyone, just ask me or galka mercenary/glauze bert for a pearl. Down the road (most likely at least a year+ from now) we will form an end game branch called Eternal Fate which will be selected individuals out of Eternal. Does a person just send one of the leaders a tell for an invite? I'm finally coming back to the game and am looking for a good LS. a Little bit more than casual but a little less than hardcore.

Most of the linkshells have websites, you go there and apply. If there isn't a website, it's safe to assume that you can contact the leaders and ask them about joining. As for a linkshell for you, the linkshell I just started Dark Matter is in between casual and hardcore but more towards the casual side.
