Will All Primals Get Voice Acting?

Simple question, but will all primals eventually get voice acting? Would really like to hear titans or ifrits voice in battle, screaming succumb to the inferno! Make it a lot more epic imo

I always thought Titan's theme was supposed to be him singing it.
