Was I the only one who was by disappointed by the lack of any kind of bulge while wearing the summer gear? I mean I'm not asking for a big bouncing bulge or anything, but something to acknowledge my character has a penis.

Hahahaha, I hadn't seen that yet. All the Monks I see around are wearing myth or their job BP. Or it may just be I'm not paying attention.

Female characters have the opposite problem. In the Vintage Coatee, a crafting piece, my Highlander Hyur with somewhere between 10-15 bust size suddenly has a double D rack, complete with gratuitous bouncing. :p

Militia Subligar, crafted or purchased from auction board, dyed a pink to match the skin tone. Yes it can be worn by females, no the couerl skin isn't an option.

This is why I'm never converting this piece, even when all my crafters are 50, as well as the level 38 garterbelt. Crafting gear can be pretty risque.

Yup, my roe has the smallest bust size, too. Though I've noticed the bouncing happens no matter what I do. It was very noticable as a Black Mage when casting fire and wearing one of those fancy shirts instead of a robe. I even made my FC group wipe in AK when I showed it to them. They got so distracted that Garuda eggi ran off and pulled the whole place while they were still oggling at my roe's bouncy chest. :')

Dunno about bulges, but in the sense of butts they actually reduced it on everything simply to make it easier to model gear ontop of (I.E reduce clipping), instead of using a parametric mesh deformer which is a shame.

It's a human right to have your character's junk flopping about all over the place.
