How to stay ACC capped as Bard when upgrading?

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to stay hit capped around 472 as Bard when changing more then a few pieces of DL to Allagan/AF2 gear. Currently I have 470 with my gear but am probably going to get AF2 pants this week which would knock another 30 ACC off. No food that I kind find will make up for this in coil.

How are other Bards handling this as they upgrade more gear to I90 gear?

-Use food. HQ Stuffed Cabbage will give you 21-22 ACC.

-Don't upgrade pieces, even if they're the best DPS-wise when ACC capped, that will lower you too far from the cap. Just because something gives you +crit/dex doesn't mean it's your best current upgrade if it puts you at too low of accuracy.

i70 accessories.

I sound like a broken record but crafted accessories. Invest in Gryphonskin accessories and all your accuracy problems should go away while gearing up.

Especially the gryphonskin ring, 12 accuracy for one and you can equip 2. Meld it right and it will last you a very, very, very long time.

Upgrade your other slots that maintain your ACC first?

With Full DL and Toxotes as second ring I'm pretty sure you should be up over 500 acc...

ACC shouldn't become much of an issue until you get the Allagan Boots.
I replaced Pants, Hands, Artemis+1, and Chest is next, AND I lost 9 more by picking up Allagan Earring, yet I'll still be above 472.

If you get lucky with the Allagan Boots, then you will probably have to use Gryphonskin rings to make up the difference, or hope you can also get lucky with the Allagan Visor.
And if all else fails you can always eat Cabbage instead of Buttons to get back to cap.

I use deviled eggs. Food is your best bet without replacing some of your i90's
2.1 food will last through death so it will be easier to keep yourself above the cap. Don't worry about investing too much in acc gears.

If you're already over acc cap then the acc is completely wasted.
So you're talking about 19 crit vs 8 crit+13 det+1vit. The latter is actually better and also cheaper. (at least on my server)

I killed T5 in a similar situation where I had something like 450 acc and missed 2% over the course of the entire fight. Def don't recommend it, I would hold accuracy capping above all else even if it means wearing worse gear.

Easy, really. Don't equip a piece that would put you more than a HQ Deviled Egg away from the accuracy cap. If you have the money to blow, 2 star jewelry will up your DPS compared to Darklight, will allow you to eat full DPS food like Buttons, and will have you at like, 4400+ HP.

Guess I'll stick with food for now. I picked up Allagan Tunic of aiming last night and the change put me at 470. I know Bard Shirt is better and has ACC so I should get that instead but it seems like a waste to get it ATM because of the tunic drop. I'm thinking pants this round which would drop 19 ACC and put me 21 below. Hopefully food can make that up

He's not acc capped for turn 5 which he will be eventually doing if he isn't yet. The vit boost from deviled eggs is also not something to neglect

Is acc cap for turn 5 is 472 or higher ?

It's like, 481 or 482.
