Grade 6-10 fishing: exploit or not?

I'd like to know for sure whether square enix consider fishing at grade 6 to 10 nodes to get max sp per fish as a bannable exploit before doing it, a timely response would be appreciated.

especialy since you get the worst fish possible doing so


they have those grades in game for a reason
thats like saying wearing NM gear is an exploit cuz its stronger then some normal gear

BTW where are the R.10 Fishing spots? The one I thought was a R.10 previously now seems to be a R.5 now.

The one most people use is the isles of umbra but there's a node of rank 1-10 in all 5 regions.

I use the node in Hala myself
very easy to reach

Isles of Umbra node is Grade 10 but has Rank1-10 fish in it. Easy to pull up and 300SP @R40 out of surplus. With sweat of brow you are making 20k/hr+ here. Exploit? Not really. Easy XP. Yes really.

Do all of those nodes give the 'quick/big bite' feature with a specific Lure though? Merlthor Gobies quick bite on Sinking Minnow which is another point I forgot to mention above. I'd honestly like to know since I haven't been out of Umba in about 10 levels. :3

but when EVERY fish at a site quick bites on a single bait it makes it VERY convenient, which is why i chose my spot how i did
