Doing it again this year
To aim for 11/28’s “Good Knee High Day” here’s the forum user event “Good Knee High Day”

** 11/28 in Japanese can be read as Ichi Ichi (really it’s Jyuichi, but in this case read in single digit) Ni Hachi - so taking that they got Ii Ni Hai - Ii = Good, Ni Hai = Knee High (socks)


●ルールは
ニーハイ（膝上装備）
サイハイ（太ももまでの丈の装備）を装備して
絶対領域があるPCやNPCのSS
Rules
Wear some Knee High, Thigh High gears
Take screenshots of PC, NPC’s showing them


そして今年は
コスプレ写真やドールなどの着せ替え
FFXIVに関係あるイラスト
CGやコラージュなども
絶対領域があればOKとします
ただし、著作権のありそうなものや、ご本人に許可が取れてない写真などはNGです
（ペットは許可取れないでしょうから除外しますが）
And this year lets also get some cosplay pictures, dolls, illustration, cg, collages related to FFXIV with this theme. However, if it’s something against the copyright terms, or pics not approved by the owner please do not post.
(You can’t get approval from pets, so that should be alright)

I think the point of the day is 'zettai ryouiki', or that Japanese fashion of wearing a skirt and sock combination that leaves just the barest amount of thigh exposed. Something represented in spades in XIV.

This 100x, Soken needs to convert. I'm partial to the stripey ones. Not sure how i feel about "stockings" I prefer socks for some reason.

I can see these topics being closed and deleted in no time, SE has a habit of being extremely strict and not willing to modify rules (even if they are illogical or just unfair/wrong) when it comes to online contests, I wouldn't be surprised if forum bans are handed out to those that participate in this. Tread carefully, SE never leaves home without a sharp knife to stab ya with if you do something they don't like. Be careful and maybe consider doing things like this on unofficial forums where you are out of their stabbing distance. Just a friendly warning for those that haven't been stabbed by them yet.

Chill, Foxclon is supporting the JP thread and this event happened last year.
Players know how much is safe and not safe, just pics of knee/thigh high images are fine. Doing something that looks x-rated with it and posting it on official forums is going overboard. I'm sure players are smart enough.

Granted, I haven't been able to get any super cute socks as a male miqo'te (totally wish our scholar socks went up higher than mid-calf) and though someone already stole the pink lace thunder that is the Infantry Boots, I wanted to contribute anyway!
