Cannot Complete Trial

Hi everyone,
Long time ago I abandoned the trial leve for Mor Dhona. I don't remember why, but I did, and now I cannot seem to be able to get the leve back, or abandon the quest for the trial leve to maybe get the leve itself back again. I put in a ticket a few days ago, but I haven't heard anything back and was hoping someone here might have any suggestions?

No one can offer any help or insight into this? Its a big bummer that I cannot do tradecraft nor fieldcraft leves :(

Provide some screen shots of your journal from top to bottom plz.

The question is, did you abandon the Leve after you initiated it, or the quest of which it's a part? If you abandoned the Leve it should appear in your Journal and you simply need to reactivate it. I know you said you abandoned the Leve but are you sure it wasn't the quest and not the Leve?

Huge resurrection, but started playing again. Thought some how this would have been fixed over the past year, but didn't. Here's the snapshot of my log.

If you scroll down in your journal, does the leve appear at the bottom like it usually would? surely you should be able to restart from there?

Scroll down where? I've seen no option to reset it.

In the journal, where your quests are listed, the leves show at the bottom of the list usually?

I think this is still counting as a quest because it's the initial trial. If I scroll to the bottom there's nothing listed for leves. Also if you note there's no abandon or restart the quest in the quest page itself, just map. I'm really stumped on this one.http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...pseua71rsf.png

So the basic idea is:

1) Went to Saint Coinach's Find - opened up the trial levequest process.
2) Somewhere, somehow you 'abandoned' the actual levequest that you needed to do. (Clearly, from the "Levequests 0/16" on your screen)
3) Now you can't abandon the original quest as shown above nor can you accept the levequest again to complete it.

Does that about sum it up?

Sounds like a bug or incomplete work to me. I'd file this over in the bug report forum, it may be the only way to bring some attention to this.

I like puzzles; this is has me stumped.

Hmm, puzzling indeed. Usually when I have a levequest as part of the initial main Q, it still appears underneath the active quests in the journal list. I can't screenshot to show you unfortunately as I've done them all, but it's definitely always there.

I'd hazard a guess to say it's a bug as well. Have you tried setting the main Q for the leves as your priority and cancelling the others, it might just trigger something to show up?

Are you sure you didnt complete it already but forgot to collect the reward?
It seems to be impossible to abandon these levequests the normal way. Before you start them they only have ''map'' and ''initiate'' shown. If you fail them by returning to your home point or otherwise, it will get a red cross icon next to it in the journal, and the ''initiate'' will be replaced by a ''retry''

Edit: completing the leve seems to also complete the quest at the same time.
It's definately a bug then.

It used to be possible back at launch. A number of people had this issue. Some people were really unfortunate and did this at the first lvl 10 leve and weren't able to unlock leves at all after that.
They seem to be handling the issue on a case by case basis.
