White Mage Video Guides

Hi, everyone I have been working on putting out some YouTube content geared a bit more for the average player by not making everything 100% min max related and trying to be conversational in presentation. I have built a fair library of videos at this point and while I work full time (including some OT) I am continuing to put out the content for you guys, and I really hope you all enjoy and find it useful.

You know these look pretty good, what else would be good is a stat and gear guide. Meantioning things that newer playeres wouldnt know for instance like weapons for healers make a huge impact. Thats the only type of information that i think is missing

yep that is actually going to be part three of the guide. I was going to do it second but I felt that the mana management was a bit better second video. But I'll post the link for the third part as soon as its done.

LoL the funny thing is this is actually the first video I wanted to put up but I had such a hard time with my software I had to re-record it several times. Its actually going up later tonight. I just finished editing it and have it rendering as I type this so stay tuned!!

I normally just read the forums and move on but when I hit this video I had to get on and let you know that this series of videos is incredibly helpful for us new guys! I just wish you had a set for scholars. Enjoying the videos anyway. Maybe I'll make up a new toon. Thanks for the videos. Keep them coming! Kudos!

I am actually trying to finish leveling my scholar so I can branch out to them as well. I really like the idea of being a full healing resource for players. I will definitely let everyone know when I get the first scholar video up as well!!

I think what makes me like your video's so much is the fact that you're not really talking over anyone's head. Makes it easier to listen to and watch. Often you see "Guide" in the name and either they are just showing off their 1337 Skills or talking crazy over complicated math... making me feel like I'm sitting in my Vector Calc class all over again. Keeping it short and sweet is a good forumla. Thanks for the vids.

Yeah I read and dig deep into all the theory-crafting stuff because I like it personally and feel that is what I need to do as a healer to continue to grow, but there seems to be a mindset that everyone needs to do that, which I severely disagree with. I really feel that the vast majority of healers want to be able to down all of the content but don't want to ever lose the feel of playing a game. So rather than try and make everything sound elitist and math-centric I try to focus on the gameplay and keep the explanations more grounded so the fun stays there for everyone.

I am also trying very hard to not make the way I do things sound like "THE WAY" you have to do things but rather a proven way (because I have completed the content) to approach things. I guess above all else I want the videos and myself to be approachable and to create an environment where people aren't afraid to ask questions for fear of being ridiculed.

added some of the videos that I had already done but forgot to list. I also added a crystal tower boss guide where I also talk about where crystal tower fits into raiding and what that may mean for raiding in general. And lastly I added a look at ADS in turn 2 after the patch since the fight helps showcase the changes made to Medica II and Cure III.

Still working on tons more stuff and will soon be starting on Scholar videos as well!!

Thank you for the Video Links! Now i got something to watch during the weekend!
I see me as a good Player at all. But it´s hard to play Hardmodes for only a few times without watching any tutorial-vids and the only think you get ist rageaggro and dismiss from group!

Never experienced such a kind of gameplay in any MMO before!
It seems that it is a necessity in upper Bossfights if you want to avoid hate.

I watched Videos and Tutorials already, but always from the view of a range DD.

So therefore: Thank you!
