Hello. I was just wondering can we play the dl content from the psn store on ps4? Or do we have to buy a ps4 ff14 copy??

if you have the ps3 version, the ps4 version will be free for you. If you don't have the ps3 version you have to buy either the ps3 version and upgrade or the ps4 version.

One thing i wanna know is i own both the PC and PS3 version.
But what it sounds like is u get to upgrade to PS4 for free which would mean my account would than have the ability to log into FFXIV from either a PC or a PS4 I would no longer be able to log into FFXIV using a PS3?
I don't ever (well I do but like maybe .5% of the time) play on my PS3, but I still want the option in case i am somewhere where there is only a PS3 in the future for my account to still be able to log into all available mediums. So even if i own the PS3 version and I have the ability to upgrade for free if I still want to have the ability to log in through the PS3 I will have to not take the free upgrade and go buy the PS4 version?
A little clarification on that would be very helpful. I don't care which way it goes I would just like to know for sure.

Thank you all for the helpful information, i was curious about this too. If i do continue to play, i'm certainly changing to the ps4. This game on ps3 isn't to good. Too many rendering issues. :(

I have PS3 version, and will be upgrading to PS4 version in due time, but, I was wondering if I could use my PS3 account and character if I was to purchase the PC version of the game ??????? :confused:
As other people I have seen comment, they can PC play and spare the TV for others lol

You will also get a bonus 30 days (but not a reward tier added for those 30 days since you did not BUY the time, you bought the Service). You will be able to play the same character on PS3 and PC. If you then upgrade to PS4 it would be PS4 & PC instead but without PS3 access or you could buy an additional PS4 service account to be added to the PS3 and PC services.Quote:

So I get the PC version, I can carry on playing my account until the PS4 upgrade, but then I can play across both depending on situations, wicked stuff
