SE please allow us to be able to quick synth dyes.

I don't know about anyone else, but I find it strange that we can quick synth anything that we've made at least once. Yet we cannot quick synth dyes, why is this? I am forever dying my gear different colors and hate to go through the tediousness of clicking buttons for each and every dye, I'd like to just quick synth a stack of each color so I can keep it on my retainer so I don't have to craft dye everytime I change colors of my gear. I would really like to see dyes able to be quick synthed in the future.

Careful Synthesis II is a 120% efficiency and it puts them out in one synthesis so Standard at 150% would as well.

Unless you have all crafts to 50 I'd suggest you use it.
At 30 you can make a dye in one click for 1600 experience and it's opened to all crafts after it's opened. If you quality it up it's a good experience grinder.

It is probably as it uses crystals rather than shards.

Would 100% prefer an option to preview the effect of dye on gear before you use it (I think GW2 has something like this). Too often I've dyed a piece of gear expecting the boot to get colored but NOPE just the trim.

Dyes can be crafted by all Disciples of the Hand classes, but certain dye recipes vary depending on your class.

Since the requirement to use Quick Synthesis is that you must have made the item at least once, it might be confusing in instances where you've made one type of dye on one class, but not on another since the recipe may vary.

With that said though, we understand that it would be more convenient to be able to craft these quickly and we will look into adjustments.

We should be able to quick synth 1 and 2 star recipes also.

Can you fix failing a level 1 quick synth @ level 50 as well...? That is far more retarded than not being able to quick synth dyes.

The description of the item on the crafting log screen says "Quick Synthesis Unavailable" and the log does not record completion of dye synths or PvP gear synths (but does for housing items for some reason)

Seriously. Not really worried about 2 star, but I make so many 1 star recipes that are pointless to HQ, so I would rather quicksynth them.

They should really just make it so quicksynth is the equivalent to spamming Basic or Careful Synthesis. In most cases this would be 100% except on high level things with a lack of gear.

Alternatively, revamp the quicksynth system to use a customizable preset list of skills in order on multiple recipes. A lot of us already craft mass HQs with macros, would save a lot of time in pressing buttons.

It's not retarded, it's just the price of using quick synth. If you don't want to lose your mats then synth them 1 by 1.

Annoying as it is to fail something that low when you are 50, it makes a certain kind of sense. You are making them quickly, in a hurry, rushing through the process, and are bound to make the occasional mistake that you would not make had you taken your time at it. In that sense, failing low level stuff with QS makes perfect sense.

I'd much rather have the option/recipe to make 5 in one batch.

The price should be not being able to HQ then easily. That's already enough of a drawback. The entire point of manually synthing is that you can raise the HQ %. I'm all for MMORPGs having time sinks, but I don't want the time sink to be spent sitting in one spot for an hour because I wanted to press the same 3 buttons to not fail any synths that I don't need HQ'd.

if the quick synth were actually quick then i would be ok with it, but more then quick it is just "AFK synth with failure ratio"
if i write a macro spaming 3 zeros and careful synth i reach the same speed lol
