After the recent maintenance, I've been having issues with my garuda+ my bane. My Garuda problem is that for some reason during AK runs, she goes off on her own to attack something and aggroes everything along her way. I never used obey on a target for her to go attack or anything and nothing aggroed me to cause her to go.
With my bane, I've noticed that sometimes my Bio1 isn't Baning. I know it isn't because my bio 1 didn't show up on the mob before baning because I always contagion and then bane. The dot is extended by the contagion but for some reason not baned. Anyone else had this issue, if so, whats the fix?
Any other SMN having these issues?

for garuda, i guess it's at the last part with the succubus, if they are hit by the AoE outside a battle. Garuda will go attack to the succubus, aggroing everything on the way.
about bane is more a trouble of lag, bane is really instant, when bio is not. -

I have no issues with bane however if your talking the trash past the last boss if you don't have your pet on steady and gets hit by the succubus AoE it will go straight after the succubus and aggro everything along its path.

If Bio 1 is not being spread, it is probably because you are hitting Bane before the Bio 1 debuff lands, make sure to wait for the debuff icon to show up before hitting Bane.
The only reason Garuda would take off and aggro a bunch of crap is if you had her on Guard instead of Steady, and she got hit by something. (likely a fireball) -

The issue with Garuda egi in AK happened to my party yesterday. The SMN had no idea why the summon just took off until the tank pointed out how it had just got hit by fireball.

One of the other issue I encounter recently is when I cast Dots, it does not apply to target despite the cast is casted uninterruptedly. Does anyone have this issue?

My main problem with Garuda as of late is her not obeying heel. I press it and she follows for a sec and then goes back to attacking. Only way to stop this is to spam the button for five seconds.

11-05-2013, 12:18 AMT0rinTry steady. Unless you are using Place, Steady will invoke Heel and nothing (like being attacked) will snap Garuda out of the Heel order. Though unlike a Heel by itself, she won't go back to attacking automatically as soon as she reaches you.Quote:

Damn, for some reason, I'm still having this issue. I'm also coming accross other issues, after contagion, I WAIT until I see that it has gone off and THEN bane. However, for some reason, when I BANE, the dots, usually only bio 1, gets spread without the extension from contagion. I'm also getting interrupted often in my bio 2 cast all of a sudden. This was never the case before. Heck, sometimes I don't get interrupted but bio 2 doesn't show up. And no, this is not when re-applying after RS this is to start the fight.

It happened under both circumstances where I have Raging strike on and not. While do understand that the dots, casted while under Raging strike, can not be replaced and I have to wait to recast them when Raging strike finishes, the not able to re-apply dots under normal situation remains a mystery to me.
For the issue with Bane, I think it got something to do with the probability of resetting the dots timer comes from Bane. I don't know for sure though.
