Solved this by reinstalling Windows...
I am getting the same issue but there is no way in HELL I am reinstalling windows.
same problem, can't even get to the login/password part. It just stays black
Same problem for me but i'm on ps3.
Can we please get an update on this as the problem persists and I have tried all the usual methods to repair this.
Can't even re-install the game, because it wont get that far to actual download lol.
Also experiencing issues, I have friends who have no problem with access, yet I'm having issues connecting with any Square Enix service
Amazing how there is no answers from support, and the funy thing is cant even open a support ticket because i cant access most of SE services since getting this error
What's going on? I can't log on there is no sign of the log in area, it just stays black. There's no mention of any maintenance or any problems. arrstatus says the servers are up and running, but I still can't log on. I also have problems with the forum and the lodestone where the sites can take forever to open up, that's if they do open up as sometimes they time out. SO just what is going on?
Same, sometimes launcher loads everything except log in fields and sometimes it doesn't load at all.

my girlfriend cannot login either, she have been trying for a few hours, and cannot login to the forum or any SE areas as they time out
forums, support, or game.
went and been now walking thru everything, ping, tracerts, and when she is going to uk to the like a square forum or anything she get resived 0 packages

This is starting to look like it's a problem with BT.
i'm more pissed on the fact SE have kept us in the dark once again! We are paying customers now and deserve to know what's going on! I WANT TO KILL THINGS!!!

as it sems like its the infiinity that got problems. can you call them?
It seems to be working now as I just managed to log on and the rest of SE seems to be working okay again too.
Hello, I was just having this problem and I'm with BT Infinity. The problem has seemed to have cleared up on my end. If people are still having trouble logging in and a handful are BT users I'll consider making a thread on their forums.

I can confirm it is now working on my end, must of been a bt infinity problem.
Managed to log in last night but getting this problem again today, 3:20pm.
Got on after reloading however don't like how I have to keep relaunching to get 'lucky' and get the login prompt.
