While levelling up my DRG, I feel like I could've allocated my stat points way better than I did, as I started following the STR>VIT criteria only when I hit about lvl 20, so I want to know if I spend my 10K gc seals to reallocate my points which would be the best way to spend them? STR/VIT with a 2:1 ratio?

You'll be fine for Titan. 3200 HP for healer and 3400 for dps but mostly because it is indicative of the gear set. I've cleared it with healers who had 3k HP. Your gear is fine for Titan. You could stand to upgrade your boots but that one item isn't going to be game breaking for the fight and more strength means more dps, which is what matters for this fight.

Dying to stomps on titan is more a healing issue than a gear/stat issue. As long as you have 3200 or close to it, and don't get hit by other mechanics causing you to not be topped before stomps you should be fine. If you feel you need it, go ahead and respec, then swap back after... I personally would rather have someone do more dmg vs having a little more hp, and I assume most others would feel the same.

All STR all the time. We are DPS we must do our best to do as much damage as possible. either go all in or not at all, you cant half-ass it and go half way.

With 3.1k life, you should be able to live all of Titan Stomps. That's you geared in Full AK ilvl60 gear.

pop life surge+second wind + bloodbath at the 8 stomps, if you have more than 1 healer you don't need more than 3.2k life. Adding 3-5 extra vit won't save you from one extra stomp.
If you are really worried tho... 30 vit and respec after you get your relic is fine too lol. -
