I am getting the same error trying to logon.

I came to the forums to ask about this... per arrstatus all the servers are online. Not sure what's going on

I am also getting this error when trying to log in.....

Maybe maint went longer again.

Nah it shows on arrstatus and on the game launcher that the servers are up....

Same thing here no NA/EU realms :/.

na servers been up since 09.30 uk time and just switched characters and now come up with the "can't find eu-na data..."

Did someone forget to boot up the Canadian data base server? :p

Same issue here. Was busy in character creation, wanted to confirm the character and got booted off with a nice error which then turned into the NA/EU World list being unavailable.

I was playing earlier ... so my guess is this is not maintenance ..

Same here. I created a new char, relogged and the EU servers are went away like a gryphon.. :D

Soon I'll gladly spend the money to xfer my character off of the NA/EU servers to JP as SE can't seem to keep the NA/EU server cluster up.

i have 2 possible answers 1 someone tripped over a cable it happens sometimes or 2 they hired on some of the people from nexon and well that's never a good idea. but yea same thing here cant log in

Jeezo wot happened in past 40 mins was playing fine till around 10.30am then went out come bk an hour later and no eu chars found etc , whos not been feeding those hamsters again ?.;)

I'm getting the problem too, it's weird; I was playing earlier but the game crashed because of some graphic processing issue (as far as I could tell from the error message) When I tried to log back in it started saying that it couldn't find the NA/EU servers.

Kinda relieved that I am not the only one experiencing this.

Kinda annoyed at it at the same time.

Logged in got 90k error.. again... then got this BS... again....

Seriously it's a sad sad day when a game has issues that were resolved in the late 90's. The slightly sadder part is that the game is somehow more fun than just about every other MMO on the market currently.

Is this the gamers choice? play games with terrible gameplay but good connection, or games with great gameplay and crap connection?

Getting the same issue here, Please can we have a fix or an update from a Support or even a Dev?

I too am glad it's not only me.. I was farming mobs inbetween fates, thought someone had lied to me about it being a safe spot.. I won't lie, I panicked.

Was able to connect about 1.5 hours ago now getting same error.

:( Yeah, got a spare hour and thought I could get a cheeky dungeon run before going back to work...no luck.

I went to switch characters, and now I can't find the Eu and NA servers.... yay.

Well I guess it's time for hearthstone and a nap.

what kills me is SE isn't even talking about the issue on the forums.. it would be nice to know why nearly every eu/na server is not accessible. lol
