When will we see a jewelry toggle?

As title says, I'm getting tired of bulky over the top jewelry on my character and I would love to toggle that stuff off.

Will it ever happen?

Vanity slots will let us hide some equips, hopefully. It'd be stupid to see tanks running around in bikinis alongside greaves and gauntlets.

Just pointing out that if they implement restrictions, we will still see tanks with bared bellybuttons throw themselves at primals, meanwhile, the restrictions might stop a mage from wearing gloves made from cloth/leather that would look great on mages. Unless, of course, we stop melee DPS/Tanks from wearing certain DoW gear.

But I do hope that the Vanity system hides the items in the real slots if nothing is equipped in the corresponding Vanity slots.

Still waiting for that jewelry toggle.

gloves hide most bracelets/rings

most armor hides chokers

earrings can be glamoured into something less noticeable, or you can glamour a full helmet (valor cornet/gallant cornet have their own earrings too.)

i don't see the point?

Why are you staring at your character's jewelry? It's already pretty unnoticeable as is, I don't see why you'd need to toggle it on or off.

You shouldn't be vanitying a bathing suit in the first place.

It's mostly the earrings that bug me. The generic ones make me look like a reject from Designing Women. I'd love to be able to toggle them off. It is pretty distracting close up for me.

I honestly have a pretty big hate for earrings, they are very visible when you dont have long hair and earrings just get bigger and uglier as you go up in levels, Id like to be able to toggle them off instead of having to glamour them from pendulums to mini-hoops. Not that fun when the choice is ugly or mega ugly.

I thought that there was already a way to turn off the jewelry in the Character Settings.

I agree with earrings. I glamoured all my characters' earrings to the Peach Blossom because that's the only one I can stand XD

I'd like to see some simple studs for those who like to hide them..

For now the least noticeable earrings are simple electrum, silver, copper earrings. You could also glamour the bat fang type.

I'd really like to see finer bracelets too, they are all so thick and generally very big. Again electrum ones are the example of smaller jewellery.

I want a jewelry toggle. It makes a much more sense than the weapon toggle. We only have because SE refused to let us unequip weapons because they wont adjust the Armory system junk. Just like how they shove FATEs into everything so the mediocre system doesn't get abandoned

I just want to toggle them off, not glamour smaller jewelry on top of them.

I agree. They already have a great example of this in game, with the bomb earring - one ear has the big dangly bomb, the other has a nice little black stud, which I really like!

They did say they would add the option if enough people wanted it but then seemed to forget about it. I would personally love the option to turn off the display for jewelry.

It just looks weird on male chars when you run around with dangly earrings, two gaudy rings, bracelets and a neck choker.

So please give us the option to turn off the jewelry display. ^^

In general, I like the jewelry display... But I really, really can't stand the earrings. My character already has a nice little ear cuff; she doesn't need huge pendulums too. I've tried glamouring less obvious styles, but they still detract from my character's appearance, and I'd love the ability to toggle them off or legitimately hide them with glamour. Please!

While fighting primals, I'm pretty sure people are busy on other things than looking at every single pixel of their body. If don't like the look of jevelry while in cities, you can save your "city use" gearset with them taken off.

I wish there would be a toogle for every gearslot.
Nothing is better than fighting in underwears ^^

Or they could, ya know, provide a toggle off option like they do with headgear. But providing more options is bad, amirite?
