Currently the 4 of us are looking for a Raid-Ready FC, preferably in need of our specific composition. Server transfers will be available again on Monday (28th), and all 4 of us are willing to transfer if the situation is promising enough.
A side note: There is a potential 5th player, but as far as I know, they aren't interested in raiding as of right now.
You can leave replies here if you're interested in us, I'll be checking the thread actively until Monday.
Another side note: Me (PLD), the DRG, and the WHM have completed turn 2. The other PLD has not, but is a very knowledgeable player, and will easily learn the fights.

Your composition is actually EXACTLY what we need for our newly formed group. We have 2 squads on turn 5, several others on various turns. The newest group has not stepped into coil as a group but the current members have been in as backups and are all full darklight and relic +1 so turn 5 should be within reach very soon.

1) Do you mind being put into different raid groups? Reason being everyone has different skill levels and we try to balance our 3 groups as equally as possible. Currently we have 3 groups that clear Coil up to and including turn 4 in one night - usually anywhere from 1-2 hours.
2) We trial by fire. We put you into the encounter and we expect you to perform. We explain our strat but expect you to have knowledge of the fight prior to the encounter. If you feel you can go in there and wing it with our strats, by all means go ahead but it will not be held against you nor in your benefit if you don't know the fights and execute them with our strats. We expect people to be able to multi task in raids while doing raid mechanics and performing - threat gen/dps/healing - exceptionally well.
