There's a blatantly obvious lag issue with your servers. Many threads have been put out, many threads have been ignored. When will this issue actually be dealt with -- or even ACKNOWLEDGED? This game is currently 90% unplayable for a huge population of the players on NA/EU servers. Abilities do not go off until several seconds after applying. Monster abilities don't even show up until the second they are cast, i.e. ADS using High Voltage or Piercing Laser and it just goes off instantly because of stop-and-go bursts of freeze-lag that can last up to 10 seconds. This shit's screwing the entire game up and should be top priority of fixing.

The game lag here and there it's there issue it been known. They don't need to say anything all they going to say if they do is we looking into it which i sure they are.

I play on Phoenix and Hyperion pretty much every night (UK times), I see none of the the lag you claim is there making the game "90% unplayable for a huge population" and nor do most of those in the FCs I play in.
Quoting PING times of 4-10 clearly shows you don't understand what they are and what they mean, you CAN'T have times that short and in any case ping times of 150 are fine; I raid just fine in WOW and LOTRO with times like that, FFXIV is no different.
I had HUGE lag at first, till my ISP STOPPED THOTTLING P2P, I suggest you take it up with them, since BT stopped that customer-hostile practice I've played with barely a glitch for the last 6 weeks. -

If it were minor lag, it wouldn't be such a problem, but when you get random lag spikes that stop your entire game for a good 10-15 seconds in Binding Coil, it's.. uh.. well.. yeah.. not sure what words to use to describe how stupid it is.
