"All Saints’ Wake" Haiku Contest (EU) Entry Thread
After reading the Eorzea Haiku Contest's official contest rules, please post your entry in this thread.

Entry Period
21 October, 2013 11:30 a.m. (GMT) to 1 November, 2013 10:00 a.m. (GMT)

Notes:

• Create a Haiku about All Saint's Wake.
• A Haiku is a Japanese lyric based verse with three lines alternating with five syllables on the first line, seven syllables on the second line and five syllables on the third line. The lines do not rhyme with each other.
  
  Example:

Fighting the Dodos (5 Syllables)
Will there be an end to them (7 Syllables)
The bane of my life (5 Syllables)

• Entries are limited to one per person. In the case of multiple entries being submitted, only the first one will be accepted.
• Once you have submitted your entry, you will be unable to edit your post.
• Entries will be judged on humour.

Night Wind Starts to Blow.
There are Ghosts Goblins, Bats to.
Can't beat them, join them.

Zombies give candies,
"To eat? Not to eat?" I ask.
Life's tough decisions...

Dark covers the land
Ghosts and ghouls are all around
My staff drawn in hand

Pumpkin head watching
Evil laughter heard afar
Fight the cowardice

So then it begins
I travel for my cookies
Now I am pure fat

Although unrevealed
Your secret will stay with me
In my confidence

Sick I am, Kupo!
Stop feeding me pumpkin pie!
Hm maybe one more

You come for my blood
If only you knew you were
My love - Livia

In All Saint's Wake night
With the full moon shining bright
Ghosts and goblins come

This Imp is not sane...
Leading a troupe of nightmares...
I won't sleep for weeks!

Three troupes clad as spooks
Darkness surrounds their deeds
Burnt sweets, best not eat

Titan will shake with terror.
Heartattack he gets.

Time for a new job.

My clothes, where are they?

Eating pudding flesh
I am shocked to learn the truth
It was not pudding..

Three feet of pure terror!
No escape, they are coming...
