Starting a Linkshell for Speedruns

Figured I'd start one, because I'm sick of joining pugs with bad tanks that pull to slow, when friends are busy doing other things im sure im not the only one. Looking for +8-+10 gmt players to join and make a community for end game pugging/speedruns, obviously want pretty competent players to join and hopefully have many groups going during prime time. Relic is minimum as intended speedruns require optimal dps/healing/tanking, you think you fall into the category hit me up in game and ill add you :)
