How much time does it usually take to get a support response?

I ended up with swimgear that I can't even use because I'm a noob and I can't get rid of it. People were telling me to store it, but I really don't want to store it, I want it gone!! Why did it let me even trade for it if I couldn't use it? I sent in a ticket asking for the items to be deleted. I really hope they can. I decided not to delete my character, I hope that wasn't the wrong choice. I could have rebought some ash on the new character. Too late now though since the event is over.

I'm guessing you bought the wrong gender clothing, I can understand that, the symbol for the sex of the piece is on the item but it is small so might be easy to miss.

If I were you id just store it in your armoire and be done with it, I don't think it has a limit on items anyways so its not like its gonna be a problem.

SE support is horrible, ask most people in here they will tell you the same. You may get a response but I doubt it..idk, some people get lucky and get help but most don't from what I have read on here, and personal experience..

No it has to be deleted. Is there any work around to bypass this? It's really stupid that they restrict deleting items. I'd rather abandon the game entirely than store it even if the storage is infinite. I havent even played since the mistake.

I cant believe i ruined the game this early.

I hope you can be more fogiving, there is no need to delete it you have plenty of room for other storage. You may want to create a alternative gender character, that can be fun too. No need to be limited and the game is wonderful and deserves every chance for it is really great.

Buying the wrong swimsuit goes down on your permanent record. Now write "I will stare intently at every tiny tooltip detail before I click" 100 times in your best penmanship. Blue or black ink only.

While it may be fun in its own right, it doesn't help with this problem as these items are bound to the character who bought them. They're unique, untradable, and unsellable, and apparently undeletable as well :(.

I too have a female top sitting uselessly in my male character's armoire.

Does it really? That's what I was worried about. I'm so unsure what to do. If I delete the character, I'll be free of the problem, but it'll just create the problem that I won't have the items I actually want either. Why is it even possible to accidentally buy untradeable stuff that you can't use during these events?

Yea they totally need to add several warning messages to avoid catastrophes like this occuring. Hopefully the enormity of the issue will get your ticket a quick response. ;]

In the meantime just try not to think about it!

I'm still not sure why items you can't use even exist. We should simply buy a red top or summer evening top and get the one appropriate to our character. If they can have the same item work on a male lalafel or a male roegadyn, and each automatically gets the version sized for their race, why don't we automatically get the one for our gender the same way.

Like i said it is fun to create another gender character it gives you another view of the game world and is a lot of fun, I am enjoying my female Conjurer very much and she is doing well too. Just relax and enjoy the game ..once you get retainers around level 20 you will have a pack horse to store as much as you want and there will be no problem with having room for it. I am sure they have their reasons for making things special and untradeable and so lets go with the flow and see what they will do with them with us. :) lots to look forward to.
