Intro:
Pinch of Paprika is a group of semi-hardcore raiders clearing all content Final Fantasy has to offer, but at our own pace. We have a well distinguished website and ventrilo community. We are currently seeking serious geared players looking to raid. We will still accept casual/ social gamers into the community.

End Game Content:
In order to properly progress through new content one must study the theory e.g. (reading, watching, understanding mechanics) and then putting it into practice e.g. dying. We hope that those planning to join for end game put some effort into learning a dungeon prior to entering. We plan make raid groups based on players availability. By posting your availability on our website we grantee to form a static group that revolves around your schedule.

Age Group:
This company will revolve around a more mature audience. The founders are all in their mid-twenties and busy with real life obligations. Fear not for we understand life can get busy sometimes and we are glad you have your priorities in order. However, if you are inactive for 30+ days i will assume you lost interest in the game and kick you from free company. There is no age restriction, but having said that I won’t tolerate any drama. As mature adults all conflicts should be resolved independently. I won’t police the free company. If I am forced to take action because it begins to affect the whole company then I will kick all members involved rather than choosing sides.

Voip:
We have a lot of new recruits as well as prospect members. There is one thing I'd like to throw out there that can help people decide whether or not this is the free company for them. The community and soul of this free company is on ventrilo. If you are one of those players that just logs in to play and reads chat then your perception of the free company is a quiet inactive one. Only when you get on vent will you see the free company come together. Coming on vent gets you acknowledged and is the only way you will get help from most free company members. In game chat will rarely be used and more often that not used primarily for comic relief.

Starting to get stronger numbers

Hey guys, i have been gaming mmos and of course many other games in the past 20 years or so.

I normally like to look around for a more mature guild/LS because i don't really do drama or like much of it and tend to solo for a month or so before i join anyone.

Here is some of my info.

Games i have played:
FFXI ( 5 1/2 years )
WoW ( 3 years )
Rift ( 2 years )

and of course many, many other games and fps games i won't bother mentioning unless someone asks for chatting purposes.

Positions in past games:

Joint leader in some of my past guilds, FFXI and WoW and joint leader in Rift which was a pure pvp guild.

All the above LS's i was involved in were all run by nice helpful and mature people.

Though i am not sure what timezone you guys are all in but i reside in the UK. So GMT+1 at the moment until winter time where it changes by another hour.

I do come on for short periods of time during the daytime here in the UK, while working, to craft a few things sometimes or do other stuff that isn't too time consuming.
But am online most evenings around 11pm UK time for around 5 hours.

I will be off work for a month or 2 starting first week of Nov.
Of course i am more than happy to help out anyone in the LS or FC as it's called here.

Only have 1 class at 50 at the moment: BLM
Crafting: GSM 50, Weaver 40, most others are at 15, 0 alc, 0 cooking.
Gathering: Miner 50, botn 20

I am a bit of a slower paced learner
doesn't want any part a FC ran by young kids...
