My logitech G600 is almost completely non-functional after 2.05. The buttons works but the cursor moves with about a 10s delay, very slow and unresponsive.
Its essentially unplayable with the g600 at the moment. I have a cheapo HID mouse which works but the dpi is so low on it (like 200 or something silly) that its also very hard to use for movement in game.
I have a gaming mouse with extra buttons. works just fine. I've been hearing that logitechs new driver is causing certain games to be unplayable by their products (said owners of this product) so they rolled back drivers and it fixed the issue. Have you guys tried doing this and/or updating? go to the manufacturer's site for the drivers.
Using G600 since beta, haven't encountered any problems.
Im having this problem too. Using a microsoft wireless mobile mouse 4000. The extra button on this side isn't working in FFXIV, it works in other programs.
I have a Razer Naga and since this last patch it has been almost unuseable
Using my Ace Edge T2 and got the same problem. Worked fine last night after the 2.05 patch but today it's unusable for me even while tabbed down.
Using Logitech G510, G500 and G13 with no problems to report.
Plugged in a Naga (can't stand that cheap thing, made for tiny child hands) and reporting no problems either.
those with logitech G series mice having issues, try LGS 8.5
Have a Logitech G400s, camera turns at a snail's pace using the mouse. Also whenever I minimize the game my mouse moves incredibly slowly but when I shut the game off it goes back to normal. Running Windowed mode.
Edit: Using LGS 8.5 did not fix the issue.
Not having an issue at all with mouse turning, might be that the game has a profile that LGS has downloaded and the DPI is reduced when using it.
This actually seems to be more of XIV's issue than Logitech's. Aside from the mouse movement on my M510 set slowing to a crawl for all mouse functions in and out of game, the gaming window pulls focus on and off itself at will now. It's not very often but, for example, I was reading the posts about this issue and the game pulled itself back into focus. Earlier I was in an AK run and the in-game mouse pointer was suddenly all the way on the far side of my second monitor for no reason, even with 'limit mouse to gaming window' set. It's something in the coding they botched in the update apparently.
Edit: And now there's an emergency maintenance, so perhaps this will get addressed.
