where is the transfer service?

it said oct-15 we could transfer I don't think I have to say anything else. s-e wth let us transfer I already left my fc got everything off the market and cleaned out calam items ..I want to transfer now pls

We probably need to wait for most of them to wake up before the transfers go live, so it'll probably end up being another 3-6 hours before the service is available.

Wait for who to wake up? In Japan it is now about 10PM on Oct 15th, so their lauch window passes in two hours.

Point saying wheres the Transfers ..... Look like someone forgot about it or something last i checked my calendar it was the 15th today ......

OP is right. "...players will be allowed to use the World Transfer Service free of charge from Tuesday, October 15, 2013, to Monday, October 21, 2013, 01:00 a.m." Even allowing for the gloriously underestimated (as usual) maintenance time of the world servers and the Lodestone, there STILL is not transfer service available. Considering the same article I quoted states we could be locked out of our accounts for several days while we wait, some of us have decided to err on the side of caution (always a wise policy if experience with SE is anything to go by) and stay up, waiting for the service to start because it is first come, first served and we don't want to spend "several days" locked out of a service we are paying for.

Seriously, SE, this complete and utter lack of communication and failure to deliver on commitments is getting old quickly.

would you say that too your boss if you were late for work? or would u say that to your customers who are paying you money for a service? I don't think you would the fact that they said we could transfer on the 15th..today<--- and it isn't up yet and there is no word from them is very sad some very bad customer service this is the kind of service I come to know from ftp game companies such as nexon.

I understand some problems here and there yea we get it but there is no nothing not even a post saying hey um it's going to be a lil late

They said September, then it was mid September, then beginning of October now mid October... This is getting really old really fast.

Why don't they say "service is not available (no date) or 2014" which it more likely... That way I wouldnt have wasted money paying for 2 months worth of lag and frustration... Playing a real time game with 5+ second delay is a joke.

no but ppl act like this kinda thing is new. fact - this has been this way for 3 years. dissapoint after dissapoint. i could understand if this sort of thing never happened b4 but after 2 launches and 2 bettas and nerf hammer after nerf hammer. come on ........ stop crying, dont sub, or shut it

Yeah I am hoping the transfer service becomes available soon too. Mog Station keeps saying to wait until Oct 15th and when the Lodestone will mention that transfers are active.

I'm curious as to where it is too, but no need to get your panties in a twist. It'll show up when it shows up. And no, I wouldn't tell that to my boss - but we aren't their boss. Customers *never* have translated to bosses. They don't work for us, they work to attract our money, but they are free to go about doing that (or not doing that, as some of you would argue) however they damned well please. Terrible analogies are terrible.

I'm sure the Community Team sees this thread and will respond to it to give us official word that the service is up.

Patience isn't a bad thing to exercise.

relog in, i had the same issue. Hit confirm after every choice.

I just looked at the mog station as well. It did pop up but it didn't show my characters.

Just tried it...already appears to be overloaded, so it can't find my characters. Nice...

Got the same problem, couldn't detect characters. had to log out and refresh a bit before it worked :))

HAH! and this is when shit hits the fan. All the legacy people are gonna wake up and realize we can't transfer to another NA legacy because they are most likey all full. These people are so fucking stupid, knew this would happen... just make more worlds you clowns.

Yep, there's a technical issue trying to find my character on the mog station. Really a shame. People are going to rage more than they should over this. I'll just be patient as they fix it soon hopefully...

Ya for real, because if legacy players from JP servers can't play with "FRIENDS" on NA servers like they said then there is no point in playing... and this legacy to non legacy worlds are a joke.. im not starting over again because all my friends never played back in the day..

LoVe the fact everybody rush into it on the first day and some ppl get errors due to the amt of ppl wanna get their desire server 1st. Sure we will see some ppl whine and complain unable to transfer to their desire server coz of SE. Lol.
