I think your friend is full of it. I've traveled all over the world, and done every sidequest that's popped up. Unless it has a requirement of "Beat Turn 5" or "Collect all relics" I'm gonna say it doesn't exist.

With ALL of the world, do you mean all of the world or just the overworld? Do you also have to explore all of all instances? And where does it pop up? would be good with as much info as possible :) -

If u don't want to do the uncover all the world part you can do: up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, B, A, select, start. on your controller and it pops the quest for u. That's how I did it but I know a guy that knows a girl that did it too with the world map uncover method but mine is faster. -
