Greyed out Start button all day???

So, I'm just a little frustrated and my patience will only hold for so long. I have been trying to play all day and cannot login. I can't even get to a server selection. I've tried every online fix I could find and nothing. The game will stay active for a bit, then I receive a 2002 error. According to this site, all of the login servers are up and running:

I would like some official response to this, as it appears everything is running properly, yet I cannot get logged in.

I'm having a problem of "Next" botton being grayed out on pc version at the terms user agreement the support center email system is ignorent and usless to this issue. Can I get results from the forum?

What is Jscript.dll? How do I check for Root Certificate Update?

This was happening to me last night and now all today as well.. Any luck getting in?

Try changing DNS and check if any firewall is stopping any connection from the game.
Something is not letting you contact the lobby.

Ive tried turning off my firewall completely still does not work

Check your router settings and make sure security isn't too high ^^
