Payment address for Military Service Members

Hi, I'm currently station in Japan and I love this game, My subscription will be due soon and when I tried register my credit card it does not give me an APO AP option. Can you please add these option in the drop down menu so I can fill out the information correctly and pay for the subscription. I also tried to use your support section and it's not very helpful.

I had the same problem at start seeing I am in Iraq at this moment.
You need to buy Time Card
do it on g2play.net or other sides. Only way I asked Support :)

Add Crysta -> Select an amount -> UltimatePay -> Click on the "7 choice and more" -> Paypal is there.


I guess that could work better than buying a prepaid card and not having it work in your face, like some people claim..

I'm getting the message above, thanks Square Enix for making the game so damn hard to pay for. PayPal site said Money was rejected by the seller and money return to me. So OBVIOUSLY Square E is not accepting my money. I'm getting frustrated, I guess i'm not playing anymore. Not even once the admin or customer service say anything, I'm sure you go through forum to make sure the rules are follow.

Just use your home of record or the address that is on file at your bank I used my HoR as it is a US address

If your in japan you could try to add time via cards. I saw some at that Lawsons place. Its kinda like a gas station store.

other choice: buy an Ultimate Game Card from some online store that accept your credit card.

Do you happen to have the website? G2Play.net doesn't work, it said the card is not available in your country.

Lawsons doesn't work, the game card there have Japanese letter in it for the code.

Yeah, I think the error is that you're paying in another country. If you have someone you can trust to put into the info and pay for you in the US, then it'll work.

I just tried it and it worked, thanks for all your help guys. The customer service for this game is completely useless and the customer have to jump through hoops to figure out how to throw money at them.

My experience while being in the military, very few places (to include banks) let you use a APO as a billing address. Long story short this is as others have suggested, what game time cards are meant for.
