Seeking Guild Merge!!

Hey all, I am the Leader of the Company Elysium here on the Cactuar server. Our core group of friends has run into a bit of a wall, and I am looking for your help. We currently have about 6-8 Active members looking to gear up and start raiding in the near future. That being said, we are missing the other 16-18 people we need to do that.

What I propose is simple. Lets all work together. Im looking for serious company leaders who want their groups to get started but lack the people that you need. Lets pool our efforts into one large company. We can work out all the details on an individual basis, as Im sure each leader will have requests to make of me. All I ask of anyone interested is to reply HERE so I can find all of you guys!

How far along are guys we have 1 full 8 man on turn 5 and another that just downed turn 1. We have a few applicants as well atm. We definitely need another strong 8 man so that when cyrstal tower comes out we have a full 24 man to work with.

Just an update for anyone who might be considering this. With Server Transfers going live soon, we are up for picking up transfer guilds as well during the Merge. Last night I spoke with several guilds showing interest in a potential merge, so please join the movement. I am available for questioning here as well as in game (Raize Kurei).

Hello I was talking to Raize about maybe forming a linkshell for now with all the companies that wanted to maybe join together. We can pool from there for runs as well. Just an idea.

We have a few LSs with other guilds, but I always find that guilds stick with their guilds. It seems practical, but it can be disheartening at times when you get left out because you're automatically disqualified from a pool of players because you're not in their FC at the time.

It's more of a rarity when a player from a separate FC gets called in and that's only because an FC doesn't have enough on.

I think if the Three of us joined forces, we could really get somewhere! Want to setup a meeting to chat more?

Sure, although I rarely check forums (only when i'm at work and bored...) so it might be better to find each other in game and set up an LS.

Just wanted to say that Raize seems like a good guy. Our raid times didn't match up but if you're in the same boat as his FC you'll want to hit him up.

Was just wondering if this is still in consideration because the company I'm currently running is in same situation. We've got 7 members on regularly and it's a rather balanced group, although a bit front loaded with healers in my opinion. Anyway myy characters name is Soldner Parlanse, please toss a tell my way if this is still in consideration.

anybody coming here looking to merge their guild into another, we have spots in a second coil team, and could absorb a smaller guild of skilled people with raid experience, and have them in coil next week

Upon further consideration, I believe the majority of my company has elected to move servers and join a much larger FC than the one we currently have. I appreciate everyone who came together to try and help out, and I hope my post here has introduced some Company leaders to one another, so that you guys might be able to form up and get some progression going. I am wondering if other Free Companies are still thinking about this possibility even though the original post of this thread has long since left this server.

my FC has so far absorbed 2 others, and its worked out perfectly. If you are looking to raid pretty seriously but dont have the people, talk to me ingame.
