Hello all! Our free company is looking to expand our ranks. To give you some background about us, our core group met about 6 years ago in a game called RF Online (if anyone remembers it!) and have stuck together since then bouncing from game to game. We have played just about every MMO out there between us.

We look to have a fun, helpful environment where real life always comes before the game. We are a group of adults with full time jobs and some with families, so when we play we aren't looking for a second job. That's not to say that we won't be raiding at end game, just that we won't be on the bleeding edge of content, raiding 5 times a week and demanding everyone block out hours a day to do it ;) Teamspeak is required but we do have a couple people without mics. The important thing is that you can listen for dungeons etc, though our FC chat is pretty quiet as we are all typically on teamspeak.

We play in the Eastern timezone but we do have a few Pacific and other atypical timezone players as they work night/swing shifts. We are up to a full 8 man team of 50's of varying gear levels running end-game content and have another set of 8 or so in their 30's with other levels sprinkled about. However, don't think that means you'll be on your own as we always prefer people to run dungeons with their FC mates rather than trying the duty finder. It won't be the first time we've done a level 20 dungeon in darklight/relics etc. and it certainly won't be the last.

We do take our time to evaluate new recruits to ensure that you are a good fit for us and we are a good fit for you. We don't want to advertise ourselves as something we aren't and bring people into the fold just to have them be unhappy and end up leaving.

We are looking for a couple people to round out two eight man groups. Preference is towards WHM or SCH; however, BLM, BRD and DRG can also work. You don't have to be fully geared/relic'd, we can take care of that. Please refer to the first post in this thread for contact details.

We've had a few new joiners so far but we have room for more! We are all in our upper 20's/lower 30's now and branching out into tradeskills/second classes to see what else FFXIV has to offer. We are looking to expand our in-game network so even if you don't want to join up, feel free to drop us a line for a linkshell. We're all easy going and happy to help fill out a dungeon group so you can avoid the dreaded duty finder.

We play primarily during prime time Eastern but we do have a few who work night shifts/are in different time zones so all locales are welcome.

Hi, this definitely aligns more with my interests than my current FC... I joined about 2 weeks ago, made some good progress and I'm really enjoying the game. That being said I would love to be apart of an FC of more likeminded people (working adults with real life/family expectations) so add me if you have the room! I may be new but I'm a fountain of veritable theory information (I scour forums more than I probably should.)

As my comrade stated above, we are still looking for more players that wish to be in a Free Company that is fast becoming something out of the ordinary.

Little history - U2NG (Up2NoGood) has been through many games and challenges through the years. Either we are gaining ground in content as not to miss anything important or we are wrecking havoc in PvP and being true to our name with causing hate and discontent on our opponents together as a unit.

We pride ourselves on teamwork, team building, and cooperative playing. We enjoy the laid back banter in TeamSpeak and even our newest members have been in tears laughing at some of things we try and complete.

So if your ready for a completely different Free Company outside the normal, you must ask yourself one question.

For those that are wishing to change realms to find a new home, we are still looking for more solid players for upcoming content.

So far great group of people on TeamSpeak and awesome players! We are even helping some of the community progress on fights and dungeons rather than use the duty finder.

So just wanted to say this FC has been quite the boon to me! I joined them about a week ago now (whenever I last posted here) and it's been a fun time. Great group of guys and girls, especially now that I'm onboard :D

That being said, we have a great atmosphere of comradery, no one takes anything too seriously or to heart but we all have our focused goals too and are constantly helping each other to achieve them. Couldn't have asked for a better FC to take a part of. Even if Rizz' power goes to his head sometimes (jk Rizz).

If you do find yourselves in want of an FC of mature people who have nothing but a good nature and time as well as a helpful attitude towards the community at large, I higly recommend ourselves now.

All joking aside, this FC is great. When I joined, I was immediately welcomed. It's really nice being around mature people who have a great sense of humor. The relaxed atmosphere is great and is the biggest reason why I don't even think of leaving.
U2NG is a wonderful, extremely helpful FC full of fun, mature people, and I will never leave these wonderful people because I couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to have in an FC.

I Recently transfered to this server and i am so glad i did found this fc straight away and when i joined up i was welcomed with open arms. I jumped on to ts and the crazy stuff started happining.straight away the guys and girls are awsome never gonna leave if they decide to start other games im going with them long live U2NG your one and only SPLAT MAGE

best FC, Guild, team, ect. i've been with in a long time.

If it's not too late that is. :D I'm playing as a bard, and I've read nothing but positive things about this free company. On my way to Garuda so a free company is a must for me at this point. I'd rather not dread the duty finder anymore (although most of the tanks I've met (-2) have been patient, nice, and helpful).

We must toast the Duty Finder for being the most instrumental element behind Free Company Development.

I'm not prepared to commit to anything yet, but your offer of sharing your linkshell does interest me. Truth is outside of Free Companies its dreadfully difficult to meet capable people, since Duty Finder dungeon runs are all multi-server. I've had several tragic tales of meeting someone, taking a shine to said someone, getting along swimmingly with same someone, and bidding such someone tearful goodbyes knowing I will never see them again, all in the 15-20 minutes it took to run the Instance.

Connecting with some people I might actually see again would be a refreshing change.

It seems you have had some pretty dreadful experiences recently with people. Unfortunately, that is how the MMO world or Realm has been for a few years now. People rushing to the endgame and stepping on those in their way or getting their goals done and then turning their backs on people once they accomplished what they set out to do.

It's a shame really and that's what I am trying to prevent in this MMO within my Free Company. I keep my FC small. I look for certain traits or mind sets that compliment everyone in this Free Company. We use a Voice Program to communicate with each other so we do away with typing and move faster. If they can not meet this small requirements, I can not let them in and it's that simple.

Here we do things differently and expect different things from our members. We expect them to have fun, play at their own pace, and be helpful to not only FC members but to others around them. This actually helps us in the long run when everyone is high level. Easier to play with the community and ward off the ones you do not want to see again.

If you would like to get in touch with me, I am normally on during EST around 6pm most days.

I really do hate the cross-server duty-finder. I understand the reasoning behind it completely, but I just wish I could check a box that says "My server only." It really does feel like we are all alone out there aside from our FC sometimes.

U2NG is temporarily freezing recruitment while we settled in some new members.

While some may see it as a "Oh their full.", that is not the case. We just want to stop for a bit while we get our members taken care of and see to their needs.

I am still looking for Black Mages and White Mages if any are interested and can connect to TeamSpeak for a conversation.

I know you've frozen recruitment, but if you are still looking for a Black Mage, I'm currently looking for an FC that can do end game runs. My current FC has 300+ members but it's bit all over the place. About 20% of members haven't logged into the game in 20+ days, some are deleted, there are less than handful of lv50 characters so it's impossible to run self-contained end game runs... And as you all know, duty finder is a big let down and for me, it usually takes a good 45-60 mins to get anything going..

Currently I have a Lv50 Black Mage, Lv50 Bard, Lv 30 Carpenter. Also Arcanist and Conjurer at 12, which I intend on making Scholar once carpenter is up to 50 :D

I'm in Australia but I don't work Mondays-Wednesdays, sometimes Thursday off too and usually those days are spent playing this game :D So I should be able to join a whole heap of raids.

Give me a holla if you are still recruiting.

Think its worth noting that our FC has grown incredibly capable and we're always happy to help our members run through mandatory game stuff

Our FC also features:

• At minimum 4, on average 8+ level 50s on at any given time that are always friendly and willing to help whether with class quests, main scenario quests or anything in between
• At least every class has at minimum 1 member at 50 in it, including disciples of hand and land classes. Many people with multiple 50s
• A friendly and very knowledgable player base

Now while I say all this, the FC is incredibly relaxed and doesn't abide by "raid schedules". Great group, great progress, no drama for your mamas.

Hey, im a complicated matter. I am a level 50 whm, I am starting to getting wanderers soon. The problem is my work schedule. I work 4 days a week 12 hours a day so I only play really fri, sat, sun. But I play every morning eastern time at 3am before work. If you can accommodate I Am interested.
