Collision's Raid #3 is LF Healers and A BRD for BC

Due to real life conflicts, some of my members can't make it to raid anymore, so I'm looking for 1 SCH, 1 WHM and 1 BRD for BC raid group.

Requirement:
Gears: Must be full ilvl70+ gears. No exceptions.
Class:
[BRD]: Invigorate, Blood for Blood, must know how to hit the Blunt Arrow skill
[WHM]: Swiftcast, Eye for an Eye*
[SCH]: Swiftcast

We will be using mumble for raid so having mumble is a must. I would prefer players that can invest some time and effort into getting crafted gears to min/max dps/hp.

This is a semi-hardcore raid, with raid times being ~7-10PM EST Mon-Fri. Time will become more flexible as we enter farming mode and done progression mode.
