Paladin and White mage looking for a FC.

My buddy and I have been playing MMO's together for over 15 years really. We have done the hardcore stuff, and we have run our own guild successfully many times. Now days though we like to take a more relaxed approach to gaming. Him having a wife and son, among other things to attend to and me having well...I don't know what my excuse is...I work a lot lol. We both will log in quite often, most likely daily with some days missed here and there. He is level 50 and I am not far from 50 myself. We are looking for a casual, fun, FC to join that we can do endgame content with but not necessarily have to be on some sort of raid schedule. We don't want to have to feel forced to log in or forced to give up family time or whatever else just to log in to the game to raid.
