cannot reply to my own thread, items still missing!

i logged a thread regarding missing items which i have already followed your detailed guide on getting them back, however my items are still missing.

1/ why am i not able to reply to my own thread, have you locked me out of this?

2/ my items are still missing even after checking the calamity salvage, all storage, and retainers.

Please can you assist me regarding both issues..
