Server lantecy issues back in full force

All my friends who have been lagging horribly the past two weeks had ZERO lag the past two days, and now it's back again, in full force. This includes me, and I'm not lagging ANYWHERE else, also it's pretty insane to assume it's our internet when it's people all over the world with completely different ISP's lagging at the exact same time getting the same lag(freeze lag - > people freeze then speed up and move really fast, enemies do too).
