Version Update Required

Hi, I just got FF14 a few days ago and have been enjoying playing it, but a few hours ago when I tried to play I keep running into this issue. I open the client, log in, the play button appears, I click it, the game starts up and I get to the main menu, but a few seconds later this message pops up.

So I hit OK and the game quits, I restart the client, log in again and play button appears again, no update. I try getting into the game again but the same message comes up.
Also this is my version apparently, is it up to date?
