Where is the MogStation?

Just got an e-mail saying I have to pay soon but I have no clue how to find the mogstation. Can someone inform me please?

8 characters cost the normal $15.00 a month.

1 character I believe is $11.00 a month. But I could be wrong. I rather have alts so I can mix things up.

Entry is $12.99 USD. This is 1 Character per server, 8 total.

Standard is $14.99 USD. This is for 8 characters per server, 40 per account

90 days = $41.97 (13.99/Month)
180 days = $77.94 (12.99/Month)

I think I'll stick to 1 character and level all the classes.

I would absolutely hate to go through the main story quests more than once.
