Hi. Just my personal opinion, but I would go for the Goldsmith AF first. Even though prices have dropped significantly in the past couple of weeks, selling jewelry still provides a steady source of income since people like to spiritbond them and convert into materia... so new pieces are in steady demand.
For carpenter... maybe I just have yet to find anything useful, but the only thing that seems to sell decently is HQ spruce lumber. Arrows used to be profitable for carpenters in v1, but they no longer exist in ARR.
Also, with Byregot's off 50 Carp, you should be able to 100% HQ the 2-star GSM items. You should be making at least 100-200k per item in profit, and smallest tip I've ever been offered on one is 50k.
