DPS itemization questions

Hey all, up and coming Pugilist here looking for some information on how I should be weighting the different stats. I've played plenty of MMOs so I'm not starting from scratch, more looking to learn how things work here. I'm assuming it goes something like

Accuracy to cap > Strength > other stuff

Assuming that's correct, the other stuff is where I need some feedback. Is Crit Chance, Determination, or Skill Speed better? How much better are each of them than the others? How much accuracy do I need to hit the cap? Thanks for any help.

Basically, Skill/Spell Speed is crap. Crit Chance and Determination are good secondary stats, but primarily focus on STR.
