Turning off auto scrolling chat..

Is there a way to stop the chat from scrolling? I am trying to scroll up and find someone's name and reply but these damn RMT spammers keep spamming as im trying to scroll up and it just brings me to the bottom slowly but surely. This is probably one of the most annoying things for me lol. Please tell me I can turn this off.. I have looked everywhere and can not find a solution.

Also, after I have someone black listed.. why do I keep seeing their messages in /sh? It's as if it allows them two-three more messages before it actually stops showing what they are spamming, and when I come back to town again it does the same thing. Two - three messages are allowed through the BL filter then they stop.

I don't know about auto scroll turn off, but I've found that if you make the text box longer, you'll still be able to see the name even if they're spamming away.
