3102 Massive bug!

On friday, I purchased the game, got the one-time password app, attached my credit card, and was off playing fine.

Today, I logged in, and somehow someone else created a 2nd character. When I logged in under a character, it claims I am already logged in..

At this time, due to this massive bug, I am unable to play the game I have purchased.

Does Square have plans to provide service paid for?

You got hacked. Change password, attach a token, and call SE. You'll get banned in the next hours probably.

The token has the same code as the app for the password. If one sucks, so does the other ...

did you activate the one-time password option on your account in the SE account management
just installed the app on your phone is not all you need to do

you need to link and app to your account

Yes, it's activated, and I have been using it. No use calling SE, the customer service is not open until tomorrow.

Actually the app everyone claims you "must have" has screwed several people out of their accounts, due to constant resets which invalidate their credentials, you are supposed to use the emergency password to recover but several people are claiming they didn't get theirs, or that they lost it. I know losing it is on you but to have supposed "security" that constantly resets and causes you to have to remove the token..that's not secure that's a joke..

I've read a ton of reviews on it and although some say it works OK most are saying it's just not worth it.

SE once again, released something that just wasn't quite ready yet it seems.

There is no emergency password. There wasn't even a mention on it on the account page, website, and emails.
