Skeletons in her closet

hi, i've finished the quest listed in the name which wanted me to do haukke manor with duty finder. upon finishing, it changed to 'report to ursandel', so i went to him and he just sits there and doesn't let me do anything. the quest won't show up on the map, i can't move the quest forward in any way, and it doesn't show up in the recommended section. i can't do anything and obviously being a story quest, kind of stops my gameplay. is this known? i can't even abandon it and try again because there is no abandon button. retrying the manor doesn't help either. if it helps at all, the only thing i did differently was enter haukke whilst on a chocobo porter, and when i left i went back onto it. other than that, business as usual. any idea? urgent help please!

...well, never mind. after relogging and trying new things, this time when i left gridania, i was given a cutscene i should have got after the manor. it was a lot more amusing to watch in my botany gear, i suppose. i then magically appeared in the shroud after. what a random bug.
